Merge swig2.0 (2.0.7-1) from debian (main) from Debian unstable (main)

A few things seem to have build-deps on recent swig. Let's merge it.

This is a very simple merge. New changelog entries:

swig2.0 (2.0.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Merge upstream changes for 2.0.6.
    + Includes patches to slicing bugs (closes: #673544).
  * debian/control: Narrow the dependency of swig on swig2.0 to require
    the newest version as suggested by Andreas Metzler.
