Bug Description

It's been promoted to Main, so it's uninstallable until it loses the depends on python-support.

attached a debdiff
tried the import via ipython 0.13 notebook example and ran two rdep packages with good testsuites, pandas and pyzmq.

note that the pandas testsuite fails in precise with old and new cython, quantal is fine.

JFTR, the debdiff was Julian Taylor's, not mine. My goal of not being TIL on cython is achieved.
