Bug Description

Impact:
Connecting to msn over xmmp (the default when configuring an account with gnome-online-accout) doesn't work

Test Case:
Configure an msn account in gnome-online-account and verify you can connect

Other test case:
Try calling an user of an android 4 devices and see if empathy support calling for those contacts

Regression potential:
Connection to msn could be buggy in different ways

telepathy-gabble (0.16.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Bump priority to medium as this version is fixing connection issues with
    MSN
  * New upstream release.
    - Bump libglib2.0-dev build-dependency to 2.30
  * debian/watch: Do not call uupdate
  * Drop all patches: all of them are included in this new release

Accepted telepathy-gabble into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telepathy-gabble/0.16.0-0ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
