Bug Description

From design, Gnomeradio recording function show a "Gnomeradio recording status" window when "Start recording" button is pressed. Because this window is set to modal, I can't interaction with "Volume" button to change volume level in the main application.

When the recording function is activated, for radio listening, volume should be adjustable.
