I have had this report on two Ubuntu 12.10 Beta2 installations, ( both under Wubi installs ) but in neither case could I get the access to add comments when reporting. It occured when running Software Updater, it appeared to update correctly but failed to reboot when it indicated, stalling both machines with the Ubuntu logo and no access from the keyboard as if the machines froze before the reboot signal was sent to the hardware. This happened on a Dell laptop running a Wubi installed version in Windows Vista and on a Dell Desktop running a Wubi installed version in Windows XP.
I can only go by the date info as this was confirmed in an email and was the only fail reported by me this week as I couldn't access the report when it was sent.
I also note in those installations the Launchpad access keeps offering to install some "easy access" software but does nothing when I click on the button.

I'm affected, too. Since I'm not super comfortable with uploading some crazy core dump with who knows what kind of private data in it (it's a calendar, that crashed - not my checkers board), here are my data points:

evolution-data-server 3.6.0-0ubuntu3
Ubuntu 12.10
crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()
amd64
