network_reconnect_resume_test doesn't give any feedback if no resume timestamps are found

Bug Description

If the network_reconnect_resume_test can't find appropriate entries in dmesg for the events it is checking (wired/wireless resume) then it simply fails silently. It looks like the code is trying to display a message if no entries are found but it is not able to do so.
