missing trail in lens pages

Bug Description

In my generated ubuntu 12.10 documentation (rev 197), the pages concerning lenses (unity-dash-apps.html, unity-dash-photos.html,…) don't have the top trail on them.

And will be fixed in the ubuntu-docs Ubuntu package when we do the next upload next month.
