sync menu recent transfers list can show a file twice

Bug Description

1. save a file to a synced folder, wait for it to be uploaded
2. modify that file, it will be uploaded again
3. check the recent transfers list, it will have two entries for the same file

We should probably only add a file if it's not already on there.

If we want the order of the list to signify timing, we could check for it, remove it, then re-add it at the end.
