This bug is pretty much exactly like bug 866085. However, that's marked as 'Fix Released' for an earlier version of Ubuntu.
If one clicks on 'help' on the "Additional Drivers" program, the following is presented in Yelp:

This has been fixed for Ubuntu 12.10 as there is no help button anymore (Additional Drivers is now a tab in Software Sources).
The best page we have in ubuntu-docs is https:/ /help.ubuntu. com/12. 04/ubuntu- help/hardware- driver- proprietary. html which doesn't talk specifically about how to use Additional Drivers. One fix would be to just hide the Help button then.
