camera/multiple-resolution-images sometimes fails because it takes a larger picture than it should

Bug Description

I've noticed this happening occasionally on different systems. I'm not sure if the make/model of camera is the cause here, but you can see one example of the failure here:

It appears in that result that the test recorded an image that was 1280 px wide but expected one that was 640px.
