Bug Description

Currently on first start and every update, firefox fetches duckduckgo search plugin icon from the duckduckgo website.
I think it's not very effective, and creates unnecessary load on DDG servers. Also, all other search plugins in ubuntu use local icons.

Please fix this, as this it's very easy:

In duckduckgo.xml file change this string:
<Image width="16" height="16">http://duckduckgo.com/favicon.ico</Image>
to the local one (i attached search plugin with local icon, generated from duckduckgo.com for convenience)
