Backend Sheepdog is not compiled

Thanks for reporting this bug. Do you know offhand if enabling sheepdog can be done optionally and without build-depending on any sheepdog libraries? (I can test when I get a chance, but maybe you already know)

If we need to build-dep or depend/recommend on sheepdog, then sheepdog will first be MIRed. If you wish to do that, please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionProcess .

libvirt refuses to configure with --with-storage-sheepdog unless /usr/bin/collie exists. However, I'm not sure that's necessary, as there is no library to link against. Linking /usr/bin/collie to /bin/true (just for the build) allows libvirt to build, install and run just fine.

Marking incomplete while I await info about whether it is safe to work around not having collie.

This bug was fixed in the package libvirt - 1.0.2-0ubuntu7
