um-url crashed with NameError in /usr/bin/um-url: name 'Popen' is not defined

This affects me also crashes everytime I start the program

Started it from the terminal and now its working perfectly after no updates or changes to my system weird..... Starting fine from the Unity launcher also.

This bug was fixed in the package unity-mail - 1.3.1

This bug was occuring only when the config was not initialized (i.e.
only on the first run). This is fixed now.
