Cannot open shared object file (GnomeMediaProfile)

Bug Description

When I try to install in ubuntu raring got this error:

libgnome-media-profiles-3.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

Looks like GnomeMediaProfile will soon to be obsolete.
However the library libgnome-media-profiles is still present in Ubuntu 13.04 (in 32 bit installation), but there are some notes on the net that this will be removed sooner or later.

GnomeMediaProfile is deprecated in favor of gstreamer APIs: http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gst-plugins-base-libs/html/gst-plugins-base-libs-encoding-profile.html
