Bug Description

As of Ubuntu 13.04 beta release there is no python3-opengl package in repositories available.
Since one of the highlights in this Ubuntu release is deploying python3 only by default and there is only 2 years left for python 2.7 support, it looks reasonable to port python projects towards python3. And thus missing python3-opengl in distribution is a blocker for a porting.
