Min slider value for launcher icon size needs to be updated

Bug Description
It's nice that in Raring now you can resize launcher icon size to min of 8 pxl, but the change hasn't been reflected on the slider value in Appearance applet. If you have set the launcher icon size smaller than 32 pxl eg through dconf, it will always get reset to 32 pxl every time you open the applet
Hope this is just a minor oversight and will get fixed soon.

Thank you for your bug report. Indeed the unity side allows those to go down to 8, but there is some bugs then (e.g the "badges" on the launcher don't scale down enough) ... not sure if we want to expose a setting that is slightly buggy.
