Bug Description

when installing a pligin through the plugin dialog window, the file open window opens to ~/.Abisuite/AbiWord-2.4/plugins, which is not created during the install, resulting in an error.

I can confirm this too with the latest version of Abiword in Gutsy. I guess it's an upstream bug?

I have confirmed this with the latest version on Hardy. I will be working on it and will post a patch as soon as I got it figured out.

Please do your work based on the upstream sources if this is truly an upstream bug (as a quick look suggests it might be) - you'd want to check for the presence of that directory and create it if it doesn't exist before showing the dialog. Any patch should be submitted upstream.
