Bug Description
In the verification steps for tomcat, this step fails:
w3m http://
should bring up a "Hello World!" page
In addition, this step is just instructional and should be added as a comment, not an action
NB: w3m basics: moving cursor and hit 'Enter' to follow links, 'B' to come back to the previous page, 'q' to quit
