Bug Description

[Impact]
homerun 0.2 shipped with incomplete translations (due to bogus script, fixed in 0.2.2) as well as incomplete because there was no request for translation sent to translators. latter was fixed in 0.2.3 which features a more complete set of translations and will improve localized experience considerable.

additionally compatibility with the upcoming KDE 4.11 release has been improved by replacing a manual dbus call with an appropriate library call. a lost navigational shortcut was re-added.

particularly the translation improvements are worth delivering to the users.

[Test Case]
install kde-l10n-de or -es or -fi and select them as language in systemsettings respectively. check that homerun has translations (logout and login required).

[Regression Potential]
due to the KDE 4.11 compatibility change it is possible that suspend/hibernation breaks (not likely but possible).
translation quality could have decreased, completion however definitely improved.

Installing the build from -proposed and restarting Plasma with locale set to German I successfully get a homerun menu in German
