Bug Description
Mir's hardware cursor (arrow) is drawn on top, even though we're not using it in unity-system-
Instead we're using the X software cursor. So Mir needs an API function to be told to hide the cursor. Or the smarts to do it automatically if it doesn't have ownership of the pointing device.
