libkscreen needs to be updated to 1.0.1

Accepted into raring-proposed. The package will build now and be available in a few hours in the -proposed repository.

I ran a raring live system and enabled proposed and upgraded kscreen. The new libkscreen was installed and the old one successfully removed. I ran kscreen successfully with this new libkscreen.
