The source is at http://download.kde.org/unstable/plasma-mediacenter/1.0.90/src/plasma-mediacenter-1.0.90.tar.bz2 if someone other than howard packages this

    the core library

    = ${binary:Version}
  * Update debhelper version to >= 9 in debian/control
  * Update debian/compat to 9
  * Update copyright file
  * Add kde-workspace-dev as build-dep
  * Add libqtmultimediakit1 as dep of plasma-mediacenter
  * Add kffmpegthumbnailer as recommends of plasma-mediacenter
  * Update homepage link
