http://videotrans.sourceforge.net/

Required for qdvdauthor 1.0 RC1 (namely, the 'movie-to-dvd' utility is needed).

I've sent a letter to upstream, requesting the author to add necessary copyright notices not supplied in the current release tarballs.

Upstream has responded, and the 1.6.0 release now includes a COPYING file.
