Does not accept calls to 05123xx -- FFE: update to 1.19

phonesim promises some "magic" numbers with particular actions for testing:

But 166 and 05123xx are broken, they don't actually cause any action. This has been fixed upstream more than a year ago in commits like http://git.kernel.org/cgit/network/ofono/phonesim.git/commit/?id=810c25b. We now need those to write meaningful automatic tests for dialer-app.

There are a few other nice commits like http://git.kernel.org/cgit/network/ofono/phonesim.git/commit/?id=fbce1a which would count as a new feature. But ofono-phonesim has no reverse dependencies and is a testing tool only, so it would be easier and low risk to just update to the current 1.19 upstream version (which was released over a year ago). http://git.kernel.org/cgit/network/ofono/phonesim.git/log/ has the commits since 1.17.

Hence I'd like to ask for a FFE for the full update. Otherwise I'll just backport the most important fixes.
