Bug Description

A new upstream release of pacemaker mgmt is require in order to be able to use it with the latest of pacemaker in the archives. The new pacemaker upstream includes many changes, as such, pacemaker-mgmt needs to be updated to the latest upstream release to support this changes.

The upstream changes here are fine. However, you appear to have dropped all of the previous Debian/Ubuntu packaging in favour of the debian/ directory from upstream. This is not standard best practice and is almost certainly a bad idea - most upstream debian/ directories that aren't in native Debian/Ubuntu packages are best ignored.
