Reporting the XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP value would be useful

Bug Description

Knowing what session the user is running is often an useful information (especially for the components shared in Unity and GNOME sessions), could be just add that information to the standard reports?

It seems like we could simply add the variable to the safe list in report.py add_proc_environ() ... that would work but we have enough environment variable listed nowadays that those end up in a attachment on the bug ... Martin do you think the desktop information warrant a place in the main summary?

    - fileutils.py, get_all_system_reports(): Filter out "guest..." users,
      they might have a system UID. (LP: #1250679)
    - apt/dpkg: Don't call dpkg-divert with full path, it moved in Ubuntu

  * launchpad.py: Ignore "MarkForUpload" field, it's just for internal
    communication with whoopsie.
