Evince no longer automatically reloads PDF on change

Bug Description

When a PDF that is open with evince changes, it used to reload it automatically. This was very convinient for working with TeX. In the current alpha (Trusty), this doesn't happen any more. Evince is version 3.10.3-0ubuntu6.

I use 3.10.3-0ubuntu10_amd64 and apparently it's not fixed!
