Bug Description

I'm the upstream maintainer. With 0.17.0, import of files in Gourmet's own XML file interchange format (.grmt) fails due to two constants missing from gourmet/plugins/import_export/gxml_plugin/gxml2_importer.py. Apparently, quite a lot of people use that import feature for re-importing backups of their recipe databases after ugrades, as I've received two bug reports (one at Github, one here) and one Launchpad question about that error, but no other bug reports for 0.17.0 yet.

The fix is at https://github.com/thinkle/gourmet/commit/27fac1ff642d1abc24828d267089b0a973051bcd -- please add that as a patch to the gourmet package!
