Bug Description

when cgroup-lite is uninstalled or stopped, it runs cgroups-umount. This unmounts /sys/fs/cgroup/$controller and tries to rmdir it. However if any task has unshared the mounts namespace after cgroup-lite started, it will continue to have /sys/fs/cgroup/$controller mounted, preventing the rmdir.

The rmdir should simply be ignored, as the directory will simply go away after the next reboot, and is harmless in the meantime.
