[pbuilder-dist] options are reversed for an unknown distribution

If you run, say: $ pbuilder-dist logan create

It says: Warning: Unknown distribution "logan". Do you want to continue [y|N]?

If you choose the default option (N), it continues. If you say "y," it stops.

Looks like it's a regression from this revision: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-dev/ubuntu-dev-tools/trunk/revision/1201.1.33

I'll propose a merge that fixes this.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-dev-tools - 0.155~ubuntu1
