Bug Description

[Impact]
Dear Developers,

I using Ubuntu 14.04 the GNOME Shell classic session and Orca screen reader.
When I want suspending my machine and press the ALT key in top bar the Settings category/Power off menu item, awailable suspend menu item is not accessible with Orca screen reader. This situation the holded ALT key and ENTER key not resulting suspend operation.
The suspend operation is possible activating only when an another settings category menu item I already holded down the ALT key and selecting suspend menu item.
With Ubuntu Utopic already fixed this issue, need backporting the attached debdiff with Ubuntu Trusty too. My local system I already tested more hours the attached fix, I not founded any problems.

[Test Case]
1. Use the keyboard to focus on the power-off button at the user menu
(in summary: press ctrl+alt+tab, choose top bar, navigate to the right,
navigate down to open the menu, go to the last button).
2. Press Alt, so the suspend icon appers
Expected result:
Focus is still on the button, so you can activate the button in order to
suspend.
Actual result:
Focus on the button is lost. In fact there is no visual reference of where the
focus is now, and pressing the arrows doesn't do anything. Pressing ESC closes
the menu.

[Other Info]
This is the problem behind bug 722529. Taking into account orca output, it
seems that the focus goes back to the stage, that is classified as the top

Original upstream report is following:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=727259

The upstream bug Florian Müllner already fixed with GNOME Shell gnome-3-12 and master branch.

I tested the attached debdiff, works great.
If fit this upstream level compatible fix backporting the policy rule, please sponsor this update.
The fix is important with GNOME Shell accessibility related.
If I using the modified package version, press and hold down ALT key the power menu item in the settings menu category, Orca screen reader wonderful spokening me the suspend menu item. If I this situation pressing ENTER key when the ALT key is holded down, my machine suspending right. If I only unrelease the ALT key, Orca screen reader wonderful spokening me the power off menu item.
