Bug Description

[Impact]

Improves homerun HIG compliance and updates translations.

The release also adds new strings related to more useful entry naming.
This is possibly a change worth allowing because:
a) previously homerun would only show the application name which is often utterly useless to figure out what the application is for (e.g. 'Amarok')
b) upstream actually allowed for translators to update the translations before release, keeping the untranslated impact as small as possible

[Test Case]

- install homerun
- add to plasma
- start applications

[Regression Potential]

As the configuration dialog has seen some structure changes the dialog could break.
