Tribe 5 (Gutsy) fails to detect existing XP pro (SP2) bootable partition on Toshiba S1135 notebook, 1G RAM 80G HD with XP on first 40G partition
Selected Guideded Partition (did-not need to re-size XP partition)
Gutsy loaded, and mounted the XP partition, but I was unable to dual boot (to XP) afterwards .
Restored drive, tried again, selecting Re-size this time. When I get to the "Import from other profiles/OS screen there were "None detected" (I Aborted the install at that point, which also generated a crash report..sent)).
Installed Feisty, It discovered the XP Admin account and my normal user account.
Dual Boot works.

Confirmed for the Sept. 8th Daily-Live image on an IBM Thinkpad X31. Using manual partitioning to assign mount points to several already created partitions, the XP system is not detected regardless of whether the NTFS partition is mounted during the install.
