Gutsy Tamil Installation - Problem

Bug Description
I downloade Gutsy Tribe 5 CD of Kubuntu.
1) Booted the Live CD
2) Chose Tamil as installation language
3) Installed Kubuntu
4) Restarted.
Problems:
1) The necessary Tamil Language Packs weren't installed, inspite of the Language of installation chosen as Tamil.

2) Tamil is not available for Selection in Regional Language & System Settings. US English & British English are the default option to choose.

Though Tamil is available to be chosen as Default Syatem Language. (but won't have effect?)

3) The scim-tables-
Solution:
Choosing Tamil as Language of installation should install all necessary Tamil Language Packs and Scim related packages.
