Bug Description

Version: 2.21.1
During installation of latest Kubuntu Vivid I found this issue:
Detected timezone/location is "Yekaterinburg" (UTC+06:00), but I live in Izhevsk (UTC+04:00).
Any geo services which uses ip to determine location provides correct info.
