Please drop node-smash and node-uglify as build deps

Bug Description

Dropping node-uglify and node-smash as Build-Deps and using slimit will allow MIR' angular.js. This, however, will require the use of slimit instead.

This is needed given that node-uglify and node-smash have various dependencies that wont be MIR'd, where as slimit already has all of its dependencies in main.
