Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.10 eric python ide is of version 5.
I like to update to version 6.
Please advise how to do.

If I install directly from eric6-6.0.1.tar.gz I will get a crash
probably caused by wrong QScintilla Python bindings.

Eric 6.0.8-1 is available in Ubuntu 15.10 and later.
