KDE partition manager fails to start

Bug Description

KDE partition manager fails to start up from the menu in kubuntu 15.04 beta 1 Live session. Instead it displays the following error message:

KDEInit could not launch '':
Could not open library '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_'.
Cannot load library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_: (/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

You've reported a bug against a testcase. It looks to me like you have a real bug - that needs to reported against the relevant KDE package.
