Bug Description

Re : Wi-Fi Network Authentication menu not translated during install

During a new installation, I had the following window in English instead of French :
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wi-Fi Network Authentication Required

Authentication required by Wi-Fi network
Passwords or encryption keys are required to access the Wi-Fi network '(myADSLbox)'.
Key:
Show key
Cancel
Connect

Some of these sentences have actually been proposed - and some have even been reviewed - in French translations here :

I have the same issue during 18.04 bionic daily installation, I chose Polish, but this WiFi Authentication window wasn't translated at all.

At which stage of the installation does that window show up? Or are you talking about the live session ("Try Ubuntu")?

This window shows during the installation process, almost at the beginning, right after a slide with available Wi-Fi network shows up. I think it's right before the screen when you choose to download or not the updates during the install and to enable or not third party software.

When I choose my home WiFi network from the list and click "Connect" (far bottom-right button, like "Next"), then this Wi-Fi Network Authentication window shows up (as a smaller one, in front of the main installation).

Thanks!

@Sebastien: Is this a reason to not strip translations from network-manager-applet?

The issue should be resolved/deprecated nowadays where the panel/indicators are from gnome-shell
