powerpc (including little-endian) support in libseccomp has been available in a working branch for several months now. It was recently (within the last two weeks) merged to the master branch, and will be in the next release (probably 2.2.4 or 2.3, however the maintainer decides to number it).

@strosake/gcwilsonanyone: Do you have a link to the (set of) commits this involves? In assumption that this will be cherry picked.
