Bug Description

MATE Tweak will show Compiz as a potential compositing option if it is merely installed. It should do some basic tests to determine if the video device is capable of supporting Compiz.

    + Fixed detection of mate-menu. (LP: #1430045)
    + Determine if the video device is Compiz capable rather than
      assuming so. (LP: #1430210)
    + Look for Docky and Plank on the PATH rather than a hardcoded
      location.
