[FFe] Xiphos 4.0.0

Upstream had a new major release, which also fixed many bugs.

There were many fixes in compatibility with GTK3, one major bug with GTK3.14 was that the current version is unable to open preferences. Upstream would greatly appreciate the updated release in Ubuntu.
