There are no default Chinese input engines after installation

Bug Description

In the final iso of vivid(2015-04-23), there are no default Chinese input engines after installation. Just as shown in attachment.
I have to add an engine in the "Fcitx配置" for inputing pinyin.

I tried a new installation, Pinyin and Shuangpin is out-of-box. How did you select the language during installation?
