Smaller font in terminal

How big is that? Are you sure this is a bug? Maybe you should send a screenshot. Until that I'm closing this bug.

I have Philips 170B, native resolution 1280x1024.

What package is this bug related to? Unless you find it, this bug won't get much attention.
And what version of Ubuntu are you using?

I am using Ubuntu Hardy, but this bug is valid for every Ubuntu version. Maybe this is rather a wish than a bug, I have seen the big font on every Ubuntu installation I have come across. I think that this bug (or wish) is present on every Ubuntu installation. The font size can be changed by setting the vga kernel parameter in /boot/grub/menu.lst.

The bug is not related to gnome-terminal, in gnome-terminal the font is OK,
I am speaking about the terminal you see after pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1.

not a gnome-terminal bug.

i had a look at the screenshot and the font is definitely bigger than with other distros but it is not broken/unusable/... in any way.
