I would like to ask for a FFE for for python-pylxd 0.17. It contains migration support and a passing test suite.

Given that nova-compute-lxd got a FFe for this very feature and nothing else uses python-pylxd, I'm fine with this. Granted

  * New upstrema release. (LP: #1498508)
  * debian/patches/fix-unit-tests.patch: Dropped no longer needed.
  * debian/rules: Enabled testsuite.
