Bug Description

Update to PHP 7.0 versions of dependencies.

Also, bootstrap to not require phpunit and php-symfony-doctrine-bridge in stage1. This requires manually specifying the dependencies instead.

Does not apply any more, xenial has 1.6.2-1. Can you please rebase the patch to that?
