[enhancement] Password strength meter in account creation

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Applications such as Keyring Manager have a password setting widget with a strength meter (and fancy circles instead of asterisks). Adding such a strength meter to the installer would improve the security of many users' initial passwords.

This was implemented as part of the Lucid development cycle. It will be in 10.04.

Sure, if you want to implement it. But I'm not sure I'll work on that, given Matthias Clasen's accounts-dialog already has this feature, we may as well switch to it.
