Typo in dialog box: "The list of applications is not availabe"

Bug Description

With a fresh install of 7.10, I went to Add/Remove to install some codecs. Every time I check-marked something, though, it would always display a dialog box saying "The list of applications is not availabe". I later learned this was because everything in System>Adminstrator>Software Sources was unchecked. The dialog box in question misspells "available." You can probably reproduce it with a fresh install.
