Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I just finish the Distribution-Upgrade-Wizard.
On Finish successfully, there should not be a Red-Cross but more a green checkmark.
Furthermore in Success-Case it is a very bad Idea to write Error in the Headline.
"Report Bug" should be there if errors occured or named as "Report Experiences"

I have tried to reproduce this (udpated from Oneiric to Precise), but after the upgrade completed, there was no error dialog, only a dialog informing me that the upgrade has completed without error in its title and without the error icon. I have also noticed that this bug is fairly old, have you seen this recently, with more recent version of Ubuntu (Lucid or later)?
