Bug Description
[Impact]
* No impact to end-users, but the autopkgtests for php-horde-
* The autopkgtest was fixed in the same was as with php-horde-db (in Debian).
[Test Case]
* Check the autopkgtest for php-horde-
[Regression Potential]
* No change the to code itself, as installed on a user's system, so no chance of regression.
MySQL 5.7 no longer allows a non-root Unix user to login as MySQL root
if an empty root password was set.
